TRAILS at the Lake's Mission, Vision and Values Statement

The VISION of TRAILS is for all persons who are physically, developmentally, intellectually and/or psychiatrically challenged to become and sustain themselves as independent, significant and contributing members of their community.  We believe they have the right to full inclusion, dignity, privacy and equal opportunity.

At TRAILS, our MISSION is to support individuals in creating and sustaining a rich and fulfilling life that is meaningful to the individual and allows them to be in charge of their own purpose and goals. Working along with the local regional center and other programs within the community, we strive to bring opportunity, inclusion and growth to those we support.  It is our GOAL to help our clients achieve the best quality of life possible.

Our VALUES are: Respect, Choice, Opportunity, Relationships, Achievement and Personal Satisfaction.

We are currently looking to add volunteer members to our Board of Directors. Please go to our Contact Us page if you are interested in being a part of this valuable organization.
