Our vision is for all persons who are physically, developmentally, and/or psychiatrically challenged to become and sustain themselves as independent, significant and contributing members of their community who have a right to full inclusion, dignity, privacy and equal opportunity to achieve the maximum quality of life possible.
Our purpose is to provide personnel, services and facilities for evaluation, training and support for physically, developmentally, and/or psychiatrically challenged persons including but not limited to the following areas:
•providing employment readiness training, job procurement, job coaching and long-term services necessary to maintain employment, including preparation of PASS plans;
•developing a business (on-site and/or off-premises) to be used specifically for training disabled adults and preparing them for work in a ‘real world’ environment;
•supplying personal budgeting assistance and/or training, including Social Security wage reporting; and
•furnishing independent and/or assisted (supported) living services.
Our philosophy and belief is that in general our clients are competent, efficient and eager employees, exhibiting a stable and reliable nature, who work very well with co-workers and customers, and are an asset to any employer willing to give them a chance. We respect and honor all clients and staff members equally, and require each to treat the other with respect and esteem.
